측정이 잡히지 않아요 / The reading does not register 조용한 곳에서, 스트링베드 가운데를 손가락이나 다른 라켓의 프레임으로 몇 번 톡톡 쳐 주세요. 프레임이나 가장자리를 치면 다른 진동수가 잡힙니다. In a quiet place, tap the middle of the stringbed a few times with a finger or another racquet’s frame. Tapping the frame or the edge picks up a different frequency.
값이 정확한가요 / How accurate is it 베타 동안의 측정값은 참고용입니다. 같은 라켓을 같은 방식으로 재면 변화 추세는 믿을 수 있고, 절대값은 보정 데이터가 쌓이면서 좋아집니다. During the beta, readings are for reference. Measured the same way on the same racquet, the trend is reliable; absolute values improve as calibration data accumulates.
내 데이터를 지우고 싶어요 / I want my data deleted 앱 안에서 설정(⚙) → 동의 철회 · 데이터 삭제를 누르시면 즉시 지워집니다. 메일로 요청하셔도 됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 있습니다. In the app, Settings (⚙) → Withdraw and delete my data deletes it immediately. You can also email us. Details are in the privacy policy.
