- Device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.6 · Galaxy S24, Android 15)
- App version (bottom of the Settings screen)
- What you did and what went wrong
Joining the beta
Invite only. Use the beta request page — an email and your device (iPhone / Android) is all we need. iPhone gets a TestFlight invite, Android gets the install file.
Common questions
The reading doesn't register
In a quiet place, tap the middle of the stringbed a few times with a finger or a screwdriver handle. Tapping the frame or the edge picks up a different frequency.
The reading is lower than what I asked the stringer for
That's normal. Stringbed tension right after stringing is below the machine's pull. What we track is "now versus freshly strung."
How accurate is it?
During the beta, readings are for reference. Measured the same way on the same racquet, the trend is reliable; absolute values improve as calibration data accumulates.
I want my data deleted
In the app, Settings (⚙) → Withdraw and delete my data deletes it immediately. You can also email us. Details are in the privacy policy.
